At Perth Appliance Spares, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. To ensure clarity and consistency, please carefully review our return policy outlined below:
Eligibility for Returns

Defective or Incorrect Items:
- Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or not as described in your order.
- In such cases, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, providing proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the issue.

Exclusions:
- We do not accept returns for items due to change of mind or if the incorrect part was ordered.
- Electrical parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- When there is an exception applied, returned items must be in intact and saleable conditions and 30% restocking fee is applied.
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Support Team at spares@perthappliancespares.com.au or 0863907132 to initiate a return.
- Provide the following details:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Photos/videos of the item and the issue for assessment.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Order Cancellation
A 5% or 30% cancellation fee will be applied depending on specific contexts. If an order, whether Local Pickup or Delivery, has been placed and customers wish to cancel their order straightaway, a 5% merchant and administration fee will be applied. In case the order has been processed, whether in stock or specially ordered, and customers wish to cancel their orders, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
In the event of order cancellation, customers are required to contact us as soon as possible, preferably via phone. Any inquiries or requests via emails can take up to 3-5 business days for our team to respond.
Please also note that a small merchant fee will also apply to your order if we are charged the corresponded amount.
NOTE: Special orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with our supplier, unless approved otherwise.
Availability on Special Order Items
We always try our best to get the part in as early as possible. Normally, standard wait time for Specially Ordered Items is 7-10 working days. However, availability depends on suppliers' availability and processes, which are out of our control. Therefore, wait time can be more than 7-10 working days.
Terms & Conditions
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, with all components included.
- Unauthorized returns or items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- For approved returns, customers may choose between a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and stock availability.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For other cases, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items.
- Delivery fee is not refundable.
